DETAIL SUMMARY


Duties

  • Assisting in the oral translation and documentation translation from English to Korean, Korean to Khmer or vice versa
  • Travel with CEO to whichever location there business meetings.
  • Manage all appointments for CEO including correspondence with stakeholders and remind CEO of those appointments, meetings and other events.
  • Prepare arrangements, necessary materials and logistics for CEO’s travel and meetings.
  • Key person to handle the arrangement of management team meetings and other workshop/meetings in the department including (agendas, reading materials, logistics, minute taking, and follow up with participants etc.)
  • Take responsible for arrangements of visitor hosting which include calculating hosting fees, providing information, preparing visit itinerary and logistics and transportation, recommending accompanying staff to the field, and other necessary facilitations, etc.
  • Act as key contact person for any visits to Bank
  • Minute Taker for Senior Management Team meeting and other CEO’s meetings as needed
  • Effectively manage filing system including important and confidential documents like government’s approval, policies and procedures in professional manner
  • Draft letters and email messages, memos and letters as requested.
  • Translate correspondences and documents from English to Khmer and vice versus for CEO and the company


Requirements

  •  Excellent standard of written and spoken English and Korean.
  • Graduate/Bachelor degree of business administration or/and related secretarial courses;
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet and E-mail;
  • At least one-year experience secretarial work.
  • Good in organize skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, adaptability and flexibility
  • Good attention to details.
